Dr. Kanika Das is an educationist with experience in teaching, research, and academic mentoring across school and higher education settings. Her core areas of interest include Educational Psychology, Mental Health Education, Guidance and Counselling, and Research Methodology. She has actively contributed to curriculum development, faculty training programs, and student research guidance, and academic administration. Dr. Das is known for her work on student well-being, inclusive education, and capacity-building initiatives. She remains deeply engaged in promoting innovative pedagogical approaches and supporting the implementation of progressive educational policies such as NEP 2020.
