Bio:
I started teaching at the University level since 2019 when I joined ICFAI University, Meghalaya. Then from 2021 onwards, I joined Loyola College, Williamnagar. In the year 2023, I was awarded the Young Researcher award by Institute of Scholars an ISO 9001: 2015 certified and registered under Ministry of MSME & Corporate Affairs, Govt of India for the work, " Financing of Micro Enterprises in Garo Hills, Meghalaya- An Analysis".I have also been frequently invited for Pannel Discussions, as a Resource Person and I was also the resource person for six months long programme on " Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP)" conducted by the District Commerce and Industries Centre, East Garo Hills. I also served as the Coordinator of Promotion and Incubation of Market-driven Enterprises (PRIME) at Loyola College and conducted many Entrepreneurship Development Programmes for the students at the college. I also supervised the Entrepreneurship Cell at the college.
