How to Apply for Admission

Follow these steps to complete your application successfully.

Register Online

  • Visit the official website: cwssu.ac.in
  • Enter your phone number in the registration portal.
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile number to verify.

Fill in the Application Form

  • Personal Details: Please provide your full name, phone number, D.O.B, email, religion, marital status, Community Category, and Gender.
  • *Note: Upon filling your email, kindly send the OTP received on your mail for verification.
  • Address Section: Please provide your state, district, pincode, and address line. If your communication address is the same as your permanent address, please click on the checkbox. If different, please fill in the state, district, pincode, and address line on the communication section.
  • Parent/Guardian Section: Please provide at least one parent's name and contact number. In the case of a Guardian, kindly provide the Guardian's name, contact number, and your relation with the guardian.
  • Click on “SAVE AND NEXT”.

Academic Qualification Details

On the Academic Qualification Details section, please fill in your marks and information for Class X, Class XII, and Bachelor’s Degree (only if applying for PG courses). For each level, you will need to provide the following:

  1. Board or University Name
  2. Stream / Major (e.g., Arts, Science, Commerce)
  3. Year of Passing
  4. Grading System (Select Marks-Based or appropriate option)
  5. Marks Obtained
  6. Total Marks
  7. Status of Result (Choose Passed or Awaiting Result)
👉 Make sure the information matches your mark sheets. Use the “Add Qualification” option if you have additional degrees or certificates.

Personal Documents Upload

On the Personal Documents upload section, please follow the specifications given below:

Passport Photo
  • Size: 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm
  • File size: Max 350 KB
  • Format: .jpg / .png / .gif / .webp
Signature
  • File size: Max 350 KB
  • Format: .jpg / .png / .gif / .webp
Other Certificate (Activated based on Additional Information)
  • File size: Max 350 KB
  • Format: .jpg / .png / .gif / .webp / .pdf

All uploads must strictly be under the maximum file size of 350 KB.

Educational Documents Upload

Please provide your Class X marksheet, Class XII marksheet, and Degree Marksheet.

  • Allowed Formats: .jpg, .gif, .png, .webp, or .pdf
  • Size Limit: Max file size is 350 KB per document.

Application Preview and Programme Selection

  • Kindly review all information carefully before submission.
  • On the programme preference section, you can choose a maximum of two preferences.
  • After successfully reviewing your application and choosing your preference, click on “SUBMIT APPLICATION”.
  • Select “Agree” to proceed.

** Please ensure you note down your Application ID.

Payment

Please Note: The payment gateway is being activated shortly. Applicants can complete the full application process and submit their form now. You will be notified via SMS and email as soon as the payment option is live, after which you may log in and complete the payment.
  • You can proceed with payment by clicking on “Pay now”.
  • Pay the application fee via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.

*Note: Application fee is non-refundable.*

Confirmation & Download

  • After successful submission and payment, download your filled form and payment receipt.
  • You will also receive a confirmation SMS or email regarding your admission status.
