Bio:

A professional, skilled and dedicated academician teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students for about 25 years. Her areas of expertise include Cell Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Immunology, Parasitology, Research Methodology, Health Education and Environmental Studies.

She is well adept in curriculum development and promotes innovative teaching strategies. Dr. Nicol has publications in peer-reviewed international and national journals, and has actively participated in international and national conferences and seminars.

She has organized several workshops and convened webinars. Having held various positions as Nodal Officer, Chairperson and Secretary of different committees, she also has administrative experience related to doctoral studies and examinations.

Beyond academics, she is actively involved in outreach events to promote community learning through awareness programs and collaborative research activities.
