Bio:
Dr. Lindsay Murray M. Sangma is a dedicated academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Social Work from Amity University, Noida, and over eight years of teaching experience across institutions in Northeast India.
Her research focuses on adolescent life skills, mental health, gender equity, and rural development. She is UGC-NET qualified and a recipient of multiple national fellowships. Her current interests lie in evidence-based mental health programmes and inclusive education models.
Dr. Sangma has published in national and international journals, presented at numerous conferences, and actively contributes to community-based programmes. Her work is rooted in culturally responsive, evidence-based practices that aim to bridge academic theory with social impact.
