Bio:
I am a dedicated academic and researcher, on the verge of completion of my Ph.D. course. I have published four research papers already and many more are on the verge of being published. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Geography from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), securing the 5th position in the university. With over 13 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Geography, I have contributed significantly to higher education in Meghalaya. I served for five years at Mawsynram Border Area College and for nine years at Tura Government College, mentoring students and engaging in academic development.
In addition to my teaching career, I have also worked as a GIS Scientist with the Environment and Forest Department of Meghalaya. During this two-year tenure, I conducted extensive fieldwork involving travel, surveying, and mapping of forested regions, demonstrating strong expertise in geospatial analysis and environmental studies.
