Bio:
Dr. Kiefe Heibormi Passah had completed his post graduate program in Commerce and holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong. He is UGC NET qualified and has many years of teaching experience, both at the under-graduate and post-graduate level. He is a passionate educator committed to creating engaging and supportive learning environments both inside and outside the classroom. He actively fosters strong bonds with his students, promoting their academic, professional and personal growth. He is also engaged as an Academic Counselor in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He has presented his research in national and international conferences. He has also participated in many seminars, webinars, faculty development programs (FDPs) and workshops as well. He has also been awarded as the best paper presenter at a National Seminar on “Entrepreneurship Development: A Tribal Perspective” organized by Department of Management, NEHU, Tura.
